To transfer onto fabric you can use one of these three methods:
- Use a transfer pencil, pressing firmly, to trace the design. Position the paper over the fabric tracing side down and apply a dry iron to the back of the paper until the image sets. Lifting the iron every so often will ensure you don’t burn the paper.
- Use a window or light table with image under fabric and use a water soluble marker on fabric to trace the design.
- Put carbon paper, carbon side towards the fabric, between the design and the fabric to trace the design onto the fabric. White transfer paper can be used for darker fabric.
Happy stitching!
